Baked Veggies

Does this ever happen to you? You have your house full of different vegetables, somehow you don’t want to mix them, or don’t think they go well together? Maybe you even run the risk of not preparing them at all…. -.-

Heres a quick way to prevent you and your veggies from getting bored 😀


What you need:

  • 1-2 tablespoons of the oil of your choice
  • many many many herbs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • kurkuma
  • bell-pepper spice
  • curry
  1. preheat your oven to 200-220 °C
  2. slice your vegetables, also do different shapes if you like
  3. put them on a baking tray
  4. cover them with the spices and herbs of your choice – don’t be thrifty 😀
  5. cover your veggies with the olive oil
  6. bake until slightly brown, or they reach the consistency of your choice!

Its soooo delicious, and you won’t believe how diversified these veggies taste as a main or side dish 🙂
